Questions about raffia string & plastic rope
Still unsure? Ask our team on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between raffia string and rope?
Raffia is a light, flat plastic tape for light ties and packing. Rope is plastic fibre twisted into a round line, much stronger for heavy loads and pulling.
How is raffia string sold?
By the kg, roll or bale. Tell us the colour and quantity and we will price it in your unit.
How many metres are in 1 kg of raffia?
It depends on tape width and gauge. We confirm the length per kg for the type you choose. See also our article on raffia length.
Which raffia colours do you have?
Many colours are available. Tell us which colours you need and we will check stock.
Which rope sizes do you make?
Rope size is the diameter in mm. Use the guide above, then tell us the diameter, length per coil and quantity.
Which rope for tug of war?
Use a large-diameter rope that is comfortable to grip and strong enough for a team. Tell us the length and number of players and we will help you choose.

Yes. We supply shops, markets, warehouses, farms and projects in bulk.
