Since 2003 we have turned used plastic into raw material and new products in Bandung.
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat (CSB) is a plastics and recycling manufacturer in Bandung since 2003, part of Cave Mekar Group. CSB runs 3 ISO 9001 certified plants in Kopo and Batujajar, has recycled 250 KT+ of plastic on EREMA lines, and makes bags, film, plastic cups, thinwall, agricultural plastics, pellets and masterbatch.
Our company
PT. Cave Sumber Berkat started in Bandung in 2003 and has become one of the largest plastic recycling facilities in Indonesia. We apply reduce, reuse, recycle at every step, and our products have been exported since 2009.
CSB is part of Cave Mekar Group: 5 companies with 7 plants and more than 40 years of group experience.
Three plants, one workflow
CSB 1 and CSB 2 in Kopo handle recycling, masterbatch and pellets. CSB 3 in Batujajar runs injection moulding and thermoforming. Since 2022 a web-based ERP has connected all three.
Recycled on EREMA lines from Austria
PE/PP film and production scrap are sorted, washed and processed on EREMA TVEplus lines into pellets for our own production and for customers.
